Madrid, 7th of July 2006. Satec has made available a new release of DataMovil, the market leader platform for the development of transactional applications in PDAs. DataMovil is based on Xforms, the W3C Recommendation for the new generation of the web.

DataMovil 2.3.2 is already available and an evaluation copy may be requested at http://www.datamovil.info. This version corrects several bugs relative to the DataBase tables for SQLServer and MYSQL on Linux

It also improves performance in several aspects in the PDA client, removing unnecessary repaints and optimizing some components like the combo-box or some aspects of page navigation. Screen refresh is made automatically in most cases minimizing the need to use the “refresh” Xforms action. Minor bugs are also corrected.
