Satec provides different levels of support to its customers the projects and products delivered. Support of projects is offered in a range up to 24x7x365 attention through its Support Operation Centre.
For DataMovil licensees, maintenance of the product is offered for patches and release of new versions. Support is offered in a 8x5 basis through e-mail.
